Humanitarian Job offer visa (H4046)
To create new opportunities for individuals in vulnerable situations, United for Humanity offers a specialized program called the Humanity Job Offer Visa (Code H4046). This visa is intended for individuals residing in secondary countries who hold a valid technical or academic qualification and seek to resettle in a third country with the support of this organization and access to new job opportunities.
1. Residency in a Secondary Country and Registered Asylum Claim
Applicants must be currently residing in a secondary country and must have formally registered an asylum claim through an international or governmental organization in that country. This claim must be aligned with legal frameworks supporting human rights and refugee protection.
2. Valid Technical or Academic Qualification
Applicants must possess a valid technical or academic certificate that can be verified and recognized for employment purposes in the destination country. These qualifications should be relevant to the desired profession and demonstrate the applicant’s competence in technical or specialized fields.
3. Endorsement Letter from a Recognized Social or Partner Organization
Applicants must provide an official letter of endorsement from a reputable social services agency or partner organization. Registration alone with international or immigration agencies is not sufficient; a formal, supportive letter must be provided, confirming that the applicant is recognized and supported in accordance with international human rights standards.
4. Case Assessment by United for Humanity
United for Humanity will conduct a thorough assessment of the applicant’s asylum status, including an evaluation of their security and humanitarian risks, and determine their eligibility for relocation and support under the H4046 visa. Only those who meet the legal and humanitarian criteria will proceed to the next stage.
5. Relocation to a Third Country Upon Approval
Upon successful approval of the asylum claim and overall assessment, the applicant will be resettled in a third country, where they will be formally accepted as a worker and gain access to legal employment opportunities.
6. Social Rights and Benefits After Resettlement
After resettlement, the applicant will benefit from full access to healthcare, education, social services, and legal protections in the destination country. They will be employed in a certified factory, company, or organization and will be able to cover part of their living expenses through earned income.
7. Financial and Social Support from the Organization
United for Humanity will provide continuous support to the applicant and their family throughout the integration process, including:
Legal consultation
Housing assistance
Language and job skills training
Initial financial support during early resettlement
