Legal Immigration Counseling (B3032)
The United for Humanity Charity Organization, with the aim of providing legal support, information, and raising awareness for asylum seekers, humanitarian migrants, and resettled individuals, offers free Legal Immigration Counseling services to eligible applicants. These services are provided by specialized counselors, in collaboration with volunteer lawyers and international organizations, to help applicants understand their rights, explore legal immigration pathways, and receive support in submitting documents.
Objectives of Legal Immigration Counseling
Introducing various legal immigration pathways and humanitarian, family, educational, or work visas;
Reviewing the legal status of the applicant and offering suitable solutions based on their case;
Assisting in the accurate completion of forms and gathering necessary documents for immigration or asylum applications;
Providing information about applicants’ legal rights in the host country or secondary country;
Offering support in resettlement processes and legal assistance for securing residency;
Referring special cases to collaborating lawyers or supporting legal organizations;
Educating on individual rights, legal defense methods, and preventing exploitation or legal risks.
How to receive legal counseling services:
Complete the B3032 form by the applicant (in person or online);
Send the completed form along with available documents to the official email or office of the organization;
Initial review of the case and scheduling a counseling session based on priority;
If necessary, referral to a legal consultant or collaborating lawyer to continue the process.
Important requirements for accessing legal counseling services:
Individuals still in their home country or a secondary country, awaiting resettlement, must submit the H4460 form along with their request.
Individuals in the resettlement process must include their membership number in the B3032 form.
Providing accurate and documented information is essential for proper case review.
The applicant’s presence during the counseling session (either in person or online) is mandatory.
